Let me introduce myself and this blog.<\/p>\n

My name is Irene Bom<\/strong>. I grew up in South Africa as the firstborn of Dutch immigrants. For the past 30 years I’ve lived in Rotterdam, in The Netherlands.<\/p>\n

I’m not quite myself if I don’t have some creative project on the go.<\/p>\n

Instagram is a regular outlet for my collage projects and photography, and I have various outlets for new songs. Still, it was time to create a platform that pulls together my various “make and do” activities, as a record and as an inspiration for others.<\/p>\n

Child Craft<\/h3>\n

The title, “Make and Do”, is inspired by one of the Child Craft volumes I grew up with.<\/p>\n
